Living on Sukhumvit, the foodcourt Pier 21 in the big shopping mall Terminal 21 was a cheap and easy dinner choice. The variety of this foodcourt is amazing – there is something for everyone.
Atmosphere.
Yes, it is a foodcourt – it’s loud and busy. To be honest, no matter what time I was at the foodcourt, I never felt the seating area offered enough seats. It is always completely crowded. This may be due to the fact that you can choose from about 20 different food stalls. The food stalls are serving mostly Thai food at a very reasonable price. In order to pay at the food stalls you first need to put money on a card. In case you don’t use the full amount you put there you can get the money that is left on the card back when handing back the cards.
Price.
It is very cheap, most dishes are under 100 Baht.
Food.
The variety of food stalls is amazing. An overview of all food stalls can be found here. It ranges from Pad Thai to coconut ice-cream and fresh fruits.
