The restaurant Morning Glory serves authentic Vietnamese central coast cuisine. The restaurants name is coming from the vegetable morning glory which, after rice, is the most commonly eaten food in Vietnam.
Atmosphere.
The restaurant is quite traditional with three big arched open windows one as the entry and mainly using dark wood. You get the feeling as if you were in a Vietnamese home with the open kitchen in the center of the room.
Food.
The foods aim is to give a glance in the central Vietnamese cuisine, serving traditional dishes, celebratory dishes, comfort foods and street foods and snacks. The white rose dumplings are super delicious and a must try! Also, the fried eggplant and the vegetarian curry’s I can highly recommend.
Price.
The prices for main dishes are around 200.000 VND.
Location.
