A colleague of mine showed me this super hidden restaurant. It is in an alley of an alley and serves authentic Northern Thai Khao Soi.
Atmosphere.
The atmosphere is very easy going. It is only open during lunch and you’ll find many Thais that are coming from the business located around it for their lunch break. It is a very easy restaurant with few tables inside and some outside.
Price.
Extremly low – like street food.
Food.
It serves traditional Northern Thai Khao Soi which is a soup like dish made with fried egg noodles. Most of the time it is enriched with meat, challot, limes and other greens. It is served in a curry souce, which contains coconut milk. This was the first one I tried and I have to say it is different to other Thai food and a must try.
Location.
This small restaurant is located in Sukhumvit Soi 24. When coming from the BTS station Phrom Pong, you need to take the first small alley on the right. There you’ll find it at the very end on the left side.
