Living in Bangkok, the city with its busy streets can become a lot sometimes. When I first moved I was looking for a quick day trip to a green space close to the city and was completely surprised with Bang Kachao, the green lungs of Bangkok. I spent a whole day cycling through the woods and small villages.
Atmosphere.
I found the Bangkok Tree House by accident and immediately loved it. It is a little hidden and can only be reached by bicycle or boat. It is a restaurant and hotel. The atmosphere is super relaxed. Only in the afternoons and at the weekends it can become more crowded. Seating is on several different levels.
Price.
The price for the dishes are around 150- 200 Baht.
Food.
The food that you’ll find at the restaurant is a mix of Thai and Western food. It is tasty and well seasoned. Vegan dishes are available upon request.
